Wow imagine if I remembered to post this on Wednesday for the Aus/Nz crew eh. Just imagine.

Right. Well done to those who made it through week 3. Y'all are awesome. Now we're almost a month in, I'm gonna add in mandatory-days. Stay with me, folks. You can do this
  • 180 minutes (3hr) of activity comprised of...
  • 5 days with at LEAST 30 mins exercise (2.5 hours)
  • An extra 30 minutes whenever you like - be that a 6th day, or just longer on the others.
BONUS ROUNDS - DAILY
  • 15 squats (weighted if you can)
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 push-ups (hardest variation you can manage)
  • 5 lunges (each side - hardest variation)

From Thu 22 Jan through Fri 28 Jan inclusive


22/01 - 100 min walk (5.5 miles), weighted squats, weighted JJ, knee push-ups, weighted lunges

    +60 min run and walking today. Did some squats already, will do the lunges and pushups.

    *My shoulder was bothering me early on this week and resulted in quite a few partial workout completions. I decided on the 23rd that I was going to take a few days from working out and see if it felt better or if I needed to go to a doctor. Today my shoulder seems to be fine, but I won't be able to complete part of this challenge since I took so many rest days for my shoulder. :drinker:
