First time mom needing to lose weight after a slow birth recovery

Birth kicked my butt! It has been 4 1/2 months and I am just starting to feel my new normal after having surgery to repair, well, um, "down there." There will be no weightlifting in my near future but want to get back into bellydance and other forms of exercise.

Feeling overweight, tired, and not too sexy but I am motivated so I will have enough energy when this baby starts crawling.

Would love other support and friends. Will be happy to help motivate others. Much easier to do this when you're not alone!
