Rebounder (mini trampoline)

Hi,
I was wondering if any of you, who have joint pain, have used a rebounder (mini trampoline) to exercise? It is supposed to remove 80% of the pressure on your joints. I have Lupus and with flares comes joint pain. I am hoping this might be a way to workout without adding stress to my joints. The one recommended to me is quite pricey and I am debating whether I should get a gym membership (with access to a pool) or buy the rebounder and exercise in the comfort of my home.
Thanks!

I would personally vote for the pool-but I would check to see how warm they keep it before signing up. I canceled my membership because the pool was on the minimum warmth and it would make my joints stiffen. I also had problems with the pool water drying out my eyes and ears.
