Goals for Jan 22 and the weekend

Figured I'd might as well put the weekend in now, since fewer of us check in then and I, for one, have been horrible about doing weekend goals.

Today's goals:
1) Pilates, but otherwise take an off day (I'm having trouble not thinking I need to do extra cardio or try the new fun class at my gym, etc.)
2) Eat sensibly at the office lunch today (this is going to be challenging, since it's a goodbye lunch, and I know the source and that it's unlikely to involve anything that really fits in my plan, oh, well)
3) Log well and stay within my calories without being under by too much (I'm trying to work my calories up gradually, but am finding I don't want to go over my old goal of 1600. Managed yesterday with a generous portion of some delicious lamb, though.)
4) Focus on drinking mostly water (not coffee) and count it.
5) Finish my book club reading and don't stay up too late.
This weekend's main goal is to actually really start my home organizational project I keep going on about, to get three nights of at least 6 hours of sleep, and to get in all my planned workouts. I'd also like to plan lunch/dinner for the coming week, cook ahead a bit, and must make it to the green market on Saturday (picking up some meat).0 -
I slipped a little bit yesterday, and ended up eating about 200 cals in my deficit. Oops. We had a friend over for a movie, and we opened a bottle of wine to go with the quiche, and that's was it, 200 cals over. Blarg.
Today's goal, similar as every other day
1) Log accurately and stay away from alcohol today.
2) Eat my lunch during office lunch today, and don't eat more than de 0.5 slice of pizza I planned (this is tough, seriously).
3) Workout: done! 50 minutes spinning this morning.
4) Hydration
This weekend
1) Stronglifts on saturday and aerobics on sunday
2) Limit alcohol to three drinks during hubby's birthday party (and it will be a prohibition party, so that will be hard)
3) Cook two dinners for the week
4) Make my plan for my low sodium week0 -
My goal this weekend in to not be tempted into eating out more then once. This has been a big contributing factor for my troubles, and anyway, it's too expensive.
I'm making a crock pot dinner right now for tonight and tomorrow night. Good job me.0 -
I have one goal - dont mess up a weeks worth of effort by crappy eating on the weekend!0

Last night was not a good calorie day.
Today is my day off from work and exercise but I still want to
1)do good on calories.
2)drink plenty of water
3)enjoy the nice weather and go for a walk with my family0
