I got up late and had three slices of scone style toast with pb for my breakfast/lunch, then went for a long walk and had chocolate melted on bread (in the microwave!!) as an afternoon snack. For dinner I had spaghetti and salad, then drank a bottle of coke zero and a hot chocolate. Not the healthiest day :ohwell:0
