Does anyone have problems with their Fit Bit shutting off on them? I have noticed several times that when I'm trying to sync it, it will tell me tracker not found. I will have to 'turn it on' and then nothing that I did was captured. Does anyone else have this problem? Should I take it back? Am I doing something wrong?

I was having that problem so I contacted FitBit about it and after doing a bunch of tests, they sent me a new one free of charge. The new one started to do it as well and after trying out a couple of things, I found out that it was because I was walking in too cold of temperatures for it, so it was causing it to turn off. I have a One and so I just put it in my pocket and it works great now.0
