Happy Weekend, All! Hope everyone had a good Friday and made progress towards their goals.

As I mentioned yesterday the weekend is hard for me in terms of getting steps in and not grazing all day. But goal setting here helps!

Today's goals:
1. Stay within calories and record everything
2. 100 oz of water
3. 10k steps
4. 30 min cardio workout

What are your goals today?

    My goals are to start my new Jillian Michaels abs dvd, 115 crunches in my crunch challenge, get 10,000 steps, start my 100 day burpee challenge, and begin working on chin ups now that my bar is installed. Chin ups are going to be a long work in progress.

    Good morning everyone!
    Yesterday was a great day except for the evening... Long story short: I over ate. Weekly calories are still looking great so I'm just going to mark yesterday as a slip up and move on.
    For today I'm still working on my pull-ups and doing a mild walk.
    Kenda, I'm loving how your home gym is moving along with new equipment. Best of luck with the chin-ups!

    Started with burning 351 calories doing 60 minutes of walking; then a basic (175 Calorie) breakfast – leaving a negative (-) 176 heading into the afternoon.

    (Dining out tonight).

    Going to do some strength exercises. Primary goal – not to go nuts at dinner and keep calories at or below my target. :)

    I didn't set any goals yesterday and didn't work out resulting in 700 calories over my limit from eating out.
    Today I have a funeral with a luncheon after so I am working out this morning and again this afternoon.
    Goals:
    1. Stay within calorie limit!!!
    2. Two workouts today (morning and afternoon/evening)
    3. Make healthy choices at my luncheon
    4. Drink 80oz water.

    Everyone is doing great. got my tennis in today. Tomorrow Barre class for the bum. Can you say ouch! Calories doing good. Made the chili stocked full of vegetables for the week a day early.

    I have so much energy today! But today is a rest day. I had a cheat meal (french toast!) this morning but I am still on track to stay within my goal. Happy Saturday everyone!
