300 minutes of exercise and activities per week.I cant seem to drop past 165 an. i am ready to start dropping!! I challenge all of you to do at least 300 minutes of exercise per week and see if we can tell a difference in our weight and overall health.

I did 280 minutes on elliptical and 120 minutes of cleaning last week. I started out strong but my week ended with poor diet from being so busy. I think we need to post our measurements on here so we can see if we are losing inches as well as pounds.0
