Difficult and Gut Bustter Workouts are probably inaccurate

I've been comparing a heart rate monitor to my UP24 b/c despite a calorie deficit I just wasn't losing, plus I was curious :) working out my hardest (Tabata, Insanity, Turbo Fire classes in a gym, pulse 160-180 bpm) is only equivalent to the in the zone calorie burn on UP. I consider those difficult workouts! I mean it's not physically safe for me to get my pulse any higher. After less than 1 week of only logging in the zone workouts I'm seeing my scale start moving again.
