Extra Calories Created Through Moving

What are you doing?

Ignoring them and only eating alloted calories?

Eating them and enjoying the extra food?

Saving them incase you eat extra one day, otherwise ignoring them?

I know everyone has different rules when it comes to them. Some may loose weight by eating them all others may add weight if eaten.

So far I have been eating them. Although I have not earned a great deal on a daily basis. Today I have earned over 1,000 and don't think I could eat them even if I wanted to.

    I usually leave them alone. But they are a nice pad to have on days when I might go over.
