Charge HR + premium membership

So I did a free trial of the fitbit premium membership back in 2013 and loved it- shortly after I lost my fitbit one during an obstacle race. I now have the Charge HR and renewed the yearly premium membership- I found the trainer portion way more personalized and achievable than any other program because it took its goal setting based on my current activities.

Anyways, Now when I log into the fitbit site I dont see a current trainer plan, just my old data from the free trial back in 2013- Ive called into tech support and email and so far no options :( Im disappointed as ive paid for this service that I seem to not be able to use! Any one have any solutions for resetting this?
