Just to not make this a totally useless thread I need lots of high protein low carb ideas, meals and snacks as I would like to drop my carbs as much as possible

If you drop your carbs you will need to up your fats. thr body can burn either carbs or fat for energy, but it cannot burn protein for energy. In fact, research shows that excess protein converts to sugars in your body. Just to let you know. good luck.0

Most protein is fairly fatty so shouldnt be overmuch a problem. Thus far today had some beef jerky and relish for brekkie and peperami for a snack. PLanning on some granola and a fruit smoothie for lunch and some gammon and green veg for dinner.0
