Food Challenges

Thought I'd put this up as an idea to everyone. There tends to be certain foods that we all crave and find hard to give up, and also foods that will help with weight loss if we drop them from our diet. So I thought I'd put up a food challenge post, basically the idea is to challenge yourself to give up one food for either the week or a day (or the majority of the week)

As my target is to lower sugar, but I've been allowing myself one sugar treat a day, such as a small chocolate bar or a yogurt, something that is within my sugar allowance for the day but is a "treat" all the same, I always count it in my calories as well.

So, my challenge for this week (after checking the dates on the yogurts) is to cut this treat out this week, I'm allowed it today and that's it until next Sunday :)

    Oh man, this is a tough one! I am going to have to say eating out fast food is my number 1 culprit! Even though I had Wendy's today (salad and baked potato) I am going to NOT have fast food tomorrow or Wednesday.
