25 Push ups, Tricep dips, and Cycling crunches (1 x 13 , 1 x 12). Done and dusted!!

Done. With 100 squats. I have doing crunches!!!! Never sure that I am doing them right. I have bought a book now so maybe tomorrow I'll be doing the superman crunch!!!0

25 for today and made up the 20 from yesterday. I was going to try a different ab challenge, but there are too many situps involved and my abs apparently aren't strong enough for that.
I threw in 50 squats also to try and keep that up.0 -
