Today I will eat healthily, being mindful of too much sugar in my diet. I will overcome this stupid syllabus that is making me crazy. I will control what I can control.

    My main goals for the day are to take my vitamins, drink at least 12 cups of water, exercise for at least 30 minutes and stay under my calorie goal. Another goal is to stay positive. Negativity is like poison to my soul.

    I did ok with my weekend goals and was especially self-conscious during the prohibition party we had saturday. I didn't cook meals in advance, though, because I am attempting a low sodium week and I had troubles figuring out recipe that can be easily reheated and didn't involve lots of saucy things (usually packed with sodium).

    Goals for today

    1) Log carefully, follow the plan and try to stay below 2000 mg of sodium.
    2) Exercise. DONE! Workout A from Stronglifts this morning.
    3) Drink and keep hydration high.
    4) Figure something to up my potassium intake.

    1. Drink 10 glasses of water. Been drinking tea, but not counting all the liquid as it's not hydrating.
    2. Stay under calories.
    3. Figure out some exercise for tonight. Might just be extra minutes walking at the grocery store!
    4. Declutter in the LR with the twins. (It's their junk too!)
