Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't updated this group in a while. I've gotten away from calorie counting, and instead I listen more to my body. Though my weight remains steady I have lost between 1 and 2 pounds- I know that's not a lot, but I have gained muscle. I have been doing squats and planks. Over winter break, I went to the gym a lot. Not to mention I have a class on the lower level of the building, and then the following class is on the third floor (ouch). :) I have also found another waitressing job. Anyways, I'm looking to tone up some more now, so I'm going to improve my eating instead of sticking to just not overeating. I eat very well; I'm just looking to improve the over healthiness of it all. Of course I'm still eating that pie on my birthday because it's the best pie EVER. Peanut butter silk pie. Oh my goodness. I'm hoping to do a little grocery shopping today before my evening class (if weather permits).
