Newbie in search of advice

Hello Everyone!

My name is Krystal and I just recently purchased my Jawbone Up. I was a fitbit tracker user up until my tracker DIED on my unexpectedly. Would not take a charge, nothing just completely fried out.

So I bought the Jawbone Up after the recommendation of my co-worker. I am new to the product but not new to technology. For some reason I can not locate the actual website to the Jawbone. Does anyone know how I can log into the site? If it does exist maybe it is just exclusively via the app but I find it a bit odd that there is no website to support the band as well.

Can someone help? Any other suggestions and tips are greatly appreciated thanks so much!

    It is strictly via app. No website. Slightly annoying!
    They do have an online forum (forum.jawbone.com), but it is only tech support.
