I struggled all last week. My scale was stuck at 164.8 for most of it and the frustrating thing is...I hiked or walked for 6 of the 7 days between 2.5 - 4 miles at a good clip, burned between 400-980 calories, and watched everything I put in my mouth. Very frustrating! Looks like I won't make the 10 pound challenge by the 14th, but I'm giving it my very best shot and will take whatever I can get. Maybe I can reward myself by St. Patty's Day instead.0 -

Not sure if 4lbs is do-able in the next 11 days but I am going to give it my best shot. My downfall every week is the post dinner snacking goal this week is to just track so I can be more mindful of what it all adds up to.0
