Weightlifting and Walking

Alright, so here's my dilema.
I usually lift weights for about 50 minutes or so. During that time, I do a lot of walking back and forth, pacing really, between the sets. According to my flex I burn about 130 calories walking.
If I manually enter weightlifting as an exercise during that time, it erases that 50 minutes and 130 of walking and replaces it with weightlifting for about 130 calories as well.
What do you guys do about this? Somewhere I should be accounting for 130 calories burned from lifting weights and 130 from walking around, for 260 total.

Very true. Manually enter the calories as 260 now since you know.
