Good job ladies! 1 Month Down..I gained this week and had trouble losing anything the week before but I managed to reach my goal. For Feb I'm going to focus on more exercise...what's your plan?

    Congrats to all who made their goal. I'm one that didn't but I think I set it too high. But I did loose, got my booty moving. Did the 100 mile challenge and logged 109 miles so those are all steps in the right direction to be healthier. Still going for another 100 miles in Feb. Less days so not going to bump it up yet. I started a walking group at work, doing the Leslie Sansone walking videos after work in the break room. Have a few takers so far. With the bad weather some don't like to stay too late but I'm hoping to motivate them which in turn will motivate me and make me accountable since I started it.

    The walking group is a great idea! It's more fun when you have someone to workout with. Congrats to all who made goal! Thanks for starting the new post. I've starting a very demanding course and have very little time to sign on. Keep up the great work guys!
