...and trying to get back on track
My eatings not been right for a few weeks now but have managed to maintain through exercise. This week though I am properly out of kilter. Have gained about 4lb. Doesnt help I have a raging chest cold. I'm asthmatic so most colds hit me in the chest and have spent most of today asleep under a blanket feeling like ive been kicked in the chest by a horse. Have even blown off the gym tonight.
Need to get my mind right again though as I hate being fat bloated and logie. So from tomorrow gonna up my water intake again and aim at 3l a day and commit to logging even if i dont have it perfect. The blessing is that my measurements havent changed so I am assuming its water.

Sorry to hear you're down.... That all sucks.
I've had a relapse of some symptoms the last 3 days or so, and I'm trying to ID the cause. Got it narrowed down to 2-3 suspects...but can't do anything about them until payday ... sigh.
Getting sick over the holidays threw me off for almost a month. I wish you better!

Im actually better than I have been for weeks despite the chest. Setting myself some solid goals has helped as it always does. Today and tomorrow are rest days to allow my chest to settle then ive signed up for some gnarly classes the weekend. And my gym buddy has insinuated if i lose our challenge there are burpees involved
Sorry you have had a few days out. Glad you are narrowing it down. I am trying a trial of some berry tablets, powdered berries essentially. Meant to be good and nothing majorly out there

Not sure where everyone went. I know some people just read but don't post. Maybe we should try a role call post to try to get some of them out in the open.
Glad you found something to motivate you. I have been feeling unmotivated due to an awful cold. Managed to stay in calories but exercise was hit or miss. Today my new fat tire bike was delivered so I am really excited to try it out.0 -

Well I blew off the gym again today as still full of cold but have made definite plans to meet my gym buddy tomo so will be back to it then. Might just have to dose up (or man up ha)
Upping the waters done the trick though I am peeing like a racehorse and have dropped 2.5lb of the 5.5 I gained0 -
A fat tire bike is a bike that has 4 inch tires on it that rides really well in snow. It is so much fun...a lot more work than a regular mountain bike but is getting me out and moving in the cold so well worth it.
I am glad the water is working. I know when I have been not eating the best water helps. Hope you get to the gym tomorrow.0 -
Yeah made it to the gym today. They took down the heavy bags so not boxing so my buddy and I got a kickshield and did some old school kickboxing instead. God I forgot how much I love it. And this fat lass can still kick at headheight0

I can't fathom that. I'm moderately flexible but my balance is crap. My guy's martial arts skills are so advanced that it make teaching a newbie like me difficult.0

I'm only five three but have a 31 inch inside leg. I am literally all legs. My mate calls me a trex. Long legs short arms and body lol. So I can kick far higher than yoy would expect for my height. Catches people out0

If I lose another 2 inches off the waist I can steal hubsters jeans as we have the same length legs and he is 5 foot 100

LOL!!! If I lose another 4 pounds, I'll beat my current PB since oh, maybe 2003!
I can already wear my guy's jeans, though they don't fit exactly right. Had to before for a security post. LOL
