Good morning everyone!!!
It's a beautiful Friday and also our second milestone:)
I won't be reporting a loss on the scale, hormones, water retention and glycogen bounced me back up to my weight from 10 days ago. I can't be mad at my body building better muscles and storing some tools and supplies for the sort term :smile:
To all my friends who have made awesome progress this milestone: Congratulations with bragging rights, go and show those numbers off on the spreadsheet!!!
We all rock!
Let's make it a fabulous day and brace ourselves for another 10 days of greatness!!!!

    Excellent goining everyone. New ranking will be issued after 6 pm Los Angeles time today. After that the current weight will point to milestone 3. No revisions to progress sheet for milestone after that.

    Happy Friday to all! Meet all my goals yesterday. Today I have completed 135 crunches, 7 burpees, 30 min speed interval program on treadmill at 3.5/7.5 mph before work. I really enjoy my 5:00 am workouts, gets my day started on the right foot. This evening has no work out, have a deep tissue massage booked and will just be taking it easy after that.

    Thanks for posting this today! I was at a meeting all morning and this was my first opportunity to get onto MFP.

    I hit my goals yesterday and had a slice of salted caramel cake to boot (yes, it's as good as it sounds). I'm also back to my starting weight on this milestone! I had changed scales, which added three pounds to my weight. So I was up a little at the last milestone even though I had lost a pound, and now that I've lost 3lbs, I'm back to even. (I adjusted my "weight loss" goal by 3 lbs to account for this).

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. swim & strength training

    Congrats to everyone…we are all still here and moving forward toward our unique individual goals.

    Danelutza – it is a beautiful Monday and you have the kind of attitude that inspires.

    Balancedwalker – kudos as usual for the spreadsheet efforts..

    Kenda – Wow – 7.5! Like you I enjoy the 5am workouts. Just something about starting early, that sets the tone for the day.

    SingRun – Nice job on the goals for yesterday and today.

    Completed my workout this morning and finished all goals yesterday. Still storing calories for 1-2 slices of pizza tonight. Can’t believe this is only the 3rd time since December 2013 I have eaten pizza. I mean – I sometimes ate an entire pizza myself!

    NikonPal I love the quote from Erma Bombeck, she was always a favorite of mine. So funny. I think a lot of us can relate to that quote, I sure can. We have some very special people in this group who inspire and motivate each other each day.

    Call me crazy, but I feel like we are one big spiderweb, connected together and strong. As long as we are in this endeavor, we can't fail because we support each other.

    I did awesome on my goals for today! Walked 18 holes of golf, cleaned the whole house and small ready for a busy fun weekend! Won't be on much so hope you all have a great weekend. My goals for the next two days are to eat all the food and drink all the drinks and enjoy myself. I will be back at it hard Monday morning!

    Thank you Balancedwalk i was able to finally join. I missed being apart of the discussions. Your first challenge was awesome to be a part of and looking forward to the sequel. Off to a great start looking forward to the next weigh in.
