I'm Cathie and I'm from Pittston I belong to Planet Fitness and thought it would be cool to have an area here
I'm just darting out I have two pain in the butt things that hold me back
I have a tough time developing a menu cause I'm not only eating to loose but I'm eating for a sick liver
My illness gives me terrible pain 24/7 I'd like suggestions on how to begin routines for stretching yoga and of course cardio.
I have awful pain in both feet so my walking is not what it used to be
I'm not only looking to become healthy but to loose about 50 lbd.
I like to meet like minded people
