Aww, I was doing so well up till this week. I'll have to make some adjustments and get back on track next week. My clothes still feel loose and I can't see the spare tire coming back.. Hopefully, it's just some unwanted water weight.0 -

I'm a little gutted that I didn't lose anything when I weighed on Thursday... oh well never mind. So due to me feeling down I was bad on saturday and went to TGI Fridays, so wondering if I will lose anything next week too haha Oh well, its a lifelong journey

My weight remained the same this week. I spent the past week travelling to Florida and now that I'm here, I'm struggling to get into an eating and exercise regime that works for me. Oh well, the struggle continues.
