    Aww, I was doing so well up till this week. I'll have to make some adjustments and get back on track next week. My clothes still feel loose and I can't see the spare tire coming back.. Hopefully, it's just some unwanted water weight.

    01/22: 135lbs - 5lbs off... quarter of the way there!

    I'm a little gutted that I didn't lose anything when I weighed on Thursday... oh well never mind. So due to me feeling down I was bad on saturday and went to TGI Fridays, so wondering if I will lose anything next week too haha Oh well, its a lifelong journey :wink:

    Total so far with this challenge - 8.6 lbs!
    Hoping February will be double this amount, need to get to working out more. :-)

    So great reading everyone's posts, very encouraging and keeps me motivated.
    Lost another 2 lb this week - down to 156, slowly but surely I am on target! Noticing the little things, like my rings are looser on my finger.

    Hi all! Everyone is doing fantastic! So encouraging :)
    My Weigh-in on 30th Jan down another lb that was 4lbs off in Jan now 138lbs! Though I have ha two meals out with a bit of wine (!)'so going to be careful this week and fit in lots of exercise!

    Hi Everyone,

    My weight remained the same this week. I spent the past week travelling to Florida and now that I'm here, I'm struggling to get into an eating and exercise regime that works for me. Oh well, the struggle continues.

    My stats:
    OSW: 230 lbs
    UGW: 140 lbs

    Easter Challenge SW: 193 lbs
    Easter Challenge GW: 173 lbs
    Current Weight: 187 lbs
    Weight lost on Easter Challenge: 6 lbs
    Lbs remaining to lose on Easter Challenge: 14 lbs

    I'm seeing some terrific progress from everyone. Good job!!! How about everyone else?

    This week the progression continues it was at a stand still. Apparently, I have hit a point where the weight loss shows a little in my face. I am happy with this approach so far. For all who my be frustrated just keep moving forward. Everyone have a great weekend!
