My Weigh-in on 30th Jan down another lb that was 4lbs off in Jan now 138lbs! Though I have ha two meals out with a bit of wine (!)'so going to be careful this week and fit in lots of exercise!0 -
Hi Everyone,
My weight remained the same this week. I spent the past week travelling to Florida and now that I'm here, I'm struggling to get into an eating and exercise regime that works for me. Oh well, the struggle continues.
My stats:
OSW: 230 lbs

I am UP 3.5 pounds in 2 days, for a weight of 179 from 175.5 that I was holding all week?!?!?! Logged it for accountability purposes because it is my weight, but am disappointed because I am working really hard and am not sure what went wrong. Oh well, just going to keep at it and see what happens! Great job everybody!0

I started eating 1200 calories and the weight started coming off again this week, plus I worked a couple of days and worked out. I lost three pounds this week.0 -
I love the mini goal idea. I have been bouncing around with 177 - 178 and can't seem to get the scale moving!! Not sure what I need to do to get it moving.... last time I plateaued I had to do Leslie Sansone DVD's - but my basement is under renovation and hubby said no moving the boxes until the floor is finished in the 2 bedrooms And I have no idea which box the DVD player and DVD's are.0
