Hi Jess, I have just finished week 3 today. I'll add you, always good to have some support. I'm enjoying it so far and really starting to feel the fitness gains this week. Good luck!

I'm on Day 22. I also felt a huge improvement in week 3. It's really tough, but an amazing workout and I'm impressed with the results and the improvement in my stamina and strength in such a short period of time.
