Reports - Anyone Checking Theirs?

Options
I just went through the reports that are generated. They are very interesting. I have found that many things are on track. Others like, too many carbs and sugars are a bit over.

Does anyone else use this feature? Has it helped you? If it has, how?

The reports are great to look at. My issue with the sugar and carbs is that they don't take into account natural sugars like fruit. Fruit is excellent for you, but it just shows up as carbs and sugars on MFP. I'm far more concerned with sugars added or refined sugar. Don't panic if it's high, I always look back at what I had to eat and gauge how much is natural vs added sugar! Hope that helps!

I wish there was a report for carbs minus fiber, that would help.
