    Love the idea of push ups (even though I totally suck at them!!) Anyone else for push ups or know of any other great arm exercises?

    Yup, I am more likely to do push ups, lol I have a bad knee and it clicks and grinds every up and down when I squat and drives me nuts!

    Or planks!

    Okay, looks like it's going to be push-ups next week and maybe we can do a plank one soon after that. How many push-ups do you think? Stick with 350? more? less?

    I can only do 10 regular push ups a set so that is 5 sets in the day so not too bad. I would stay stick with 350, then maybe 5 planks * 30 seconds = 150 seconds/ 2.5 minutes * 7 days = 17.5 minutes
