Oooh I am awful at logging on properly over the weekends. I log food using the app but always forget about the groups/forums!

*We had a blackout at work today...I was stuck on the ground floor (I work on the 23rd floor) without a coat or phone (it is currently -21) for about an hour before i could get back to my office (which was still in the dark) and we could of gone home if the power would of stayed off for another 15min...boo!0 -

Feb. 2 - Yes, yes, and yes.
I weighed in this morning, and I am officially at the lowest weight that I have been at in at least 10 years ... and only 5-6 pounds away from my final goal weight. So exciting!! BUT, I need to keep working hard and not slack off if I want to get down to my goal weight before we go on vacation with some friends in April...

*it is so cold outside here in Montreal (currently -23) and our office heating has decided today was the day it would crap out. I am currently typing with gloves on. One of the cons of losing weight...less blubber to insulate me

Our houseguest brought home ice cream for all of us, and it would have been rude not to accept, so it's a good thing I had some exercise calories to give me a little cushion!!

I started the day out well, but then had lunch out with my husband. I made fairly healthy choices, but couldn't find any calorie lists/weights/anything to estimate my calorie count. Then gave up for the rest of the day.

Yes, 30 minute circuit training video and then a 15 minute cool down walk. Felt good to get so much exercise today!0 -

Yes(I don't know how, I had a super heavy dinner, we tried a new local Italian place and now after a week of eating well I am paying for it. But thank god for exercise adjustments from fitbit)

Yes, thanks to my 1300 exercise calories for the day. I didn't make good food choices like I wanted but I was doing physical activity all day so I worked most of it off.
Yes, fitbit says 101 minutes. Mowed front and back yard, rearranged our basement, and played an hour of basketball.0 -
ONLY 2 MORE POUNDS TO FINAL GOAL (not challenge).
Lost 2 lbs since his last weigh-in! Total loss 184 lbs so far. Weighed in today for the “100 Days...Sequel” and will weigh again tomorrow because that is my personal “record date” each week. Not expecting a change.
BUT – that is just the weight scale. I have goals already re: inches, strength & toning etc. and expect weight will fluctuate a few pounds for a bit. Burned 341 calories doing 60 minutes of walking this morning.
NOTE: I had lost 7 pounds in November 2013 before setting 12/1/2013 as an official “calorie-counting” program starting date using an app. TOTAL LOSS SINCE NOVEMBER 2013 is 191!
