1st girl of the group! :drinker:
I was wondering, how much are you all looking to gain? Are you just looking to gain weight in general or get your weight on as primarily muscle/working out?
I'm looking to gain 17-20 lbs more. I am looking to gain weight in general and wouldn't mind if some of the weight came from toning up too.
Good luck everyone!

i'm going for a bit of both, i started at about 12% body fat the begining of the year i'm at about 15 - 17% now but that's my limit the rest i want from muscle
the good thing for women is when they do gain muscle it doesn't look the same as a bloke so they still keep their feminine look, it actually takes alot of work for a woman to look stacked
good luck i'll be watching your progress, if you need any advice or struggle to hit your goals i'd be happy to give some tips0 -
Yes, too bad some women think that working out = female hulk. It actually takes extra supplements and a lot of work to become that way.
I actually just stepped on the scale today and noticed a 5lb gain. I am happy with these results and hope to get more soon. If you have some juicer recipes or weight gainer recipes...I would SO love to have them. I am always on the go and need something quick.= to take with me.0
