    Got in 2 short rides this weekend... certainly not as much as I'd like. But that is helping me maintain!

    That's a good workout, the variety is good!
    How'd you do on the calories burnt?

    I worked out about 20 min on the Total Gym. I did all my exercises at the lowest level, there were a few I felt like I could have moved it up a notch on. I have no way of knowing the calories burned.
