Finally got to the grocery store today to purchase an enormous amount ( so it seems ) of veggies and some fruit. Amazing how much will be consumed. Going off of Joe Cross' s 5 day Reboot.
Am wondering if my joint pain will decrease? Will my mood stabilize soon?
Will need more receipts at some point.
Feeling excited and scared all at the same time!
