New on the inside, old on the outside. Purchase a refurbished bicycle at our community bike sale. Every bicycle has been overhauled by our bike mechanics students and educator. I think its pretty much like a swap meet, you kinda have to show up and see what's there. I think I'm going to check it out, see if maybe I can get my bf's niece a big girl bike.
