Good morning!
It's snowing again here today
I hit my goals yesterday, which isn't too hard since it was my rest day!
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2 mile run & strength training

It's supposed to snow here today too, so shovelling could be part of my workout tonight and tomorrow.
Today's goals:
stay within calories
Day 2 - butt challenge - complete
Day 13 - burpee challenge - complete
DVD workout - complete
Fitness class - tonight
and non fitness related - to find out where the discrepancies are in one my companies for T4 balancing!0 -
The only goal I didn't meet yesterday was my step goal so I am pretty happy with yesterday overall. I was pretty happy this morning, I noticed a downward movement on the scale. Hopefully that is a continuing trend. This week I have been eating clean and I have felt good. With that in mind my goals for today:
1. 10,000 steps
2. Stay under calories
3. 21 day fix cardio video
4. Laundry
5. Water!0 -

Good morning everyone!
Yesterday was a nice rest day but with lots of little errands and some frustration. When ever I get upset over little things in life, I clench my abs! The soreness from my last workout makes me smile and reminds that there is always something wonderful to look forward too
Power day today! Strenght training and cardio later.

Burned 418 calories doing 75 minutes of cardio exercises, including walking 3.1 mph & weights -- then podiatrist -- she was so surprised about weight etc - asked lots of questions & downloaded MFP with me showing the app -- LOL - you never know.0

Really fighting with myself to get to the gym for my class this evening. It's snowing,blowing and -16. I just want to curl up and have some stew in my jammies. Lol. But I am going to get my workout gear on, bundle up and walk to the gym. That's half the battle once I get there I'll be fine. But gotta say it's taking every ounce of willpower to get motivated on a night like this!0
