    7 today, plus 2 on Friday, woo hoo!

    I think I'm now behind by 12 if I just go with running, so will make that up in February--new goal!

    :-) Great goal! I did 3.1 miles yesterday morning running the Polar Plunge 5k and 3.75 miles today walking with a friend.

    Haven't done much recently have been working away and long hours. But Saturday 7th I done 11 miles, Sunday 8th I done 4 miles.

    Going to try and get in a routine now I'm back at home.
