How much water should you be drinking?

    Thanks, so this works out to be 14.375 cups of water per day for me. Meaning a total of 115 ounces of water per day for my body. I already drink lots of water but I wonder if I really go that far to drink so many ounces per day.

    Is this requirement for someone who is working out and sweating lots or for someone who is just a regular person doing regular things during the day?
