Daily Challenge- June 3rd

Hello lovely ladies!

It's another manic Monday so let's start this week off with an energetic BANG :)

Your challenge, should you choose to accept, is Festivus-like in nature, despite the lack of decorative aluminium pole. That's right- it's time for the Feats of Strength!

I'm calling this challenge the 5by5. It goes something like this:

5 burpees
5 push ups
5 jumping jacks
5 body-weigh squats
5 lunges

REPEAT 5 TIMES IN A ROW

And............... BEGIN :)

    I just happened to have done all those exercises at today's ultimate conditioning class. BONUS: I did them all on an Urban Rebounder.:drinker:

    LOVE this routine! This is the exact one I was using in January - it helped me lose the first 5 :-)

    I did 160 squats yesterday, does that count in place of this? :)

    Heck yes it does! 160 squats is ridiculous and awesome!

    Only just seen this!

    I did a session in the gym last night & did 24 minutes of cardio & 110 abdominal twists, some with a 2.5kg weight & others with a 5kg weight :)
