Hi everyone, again this has been another busy week and didn't make time for gym need to get back to regular exercising as it does make me feel better.
On plus side I have lost another lbs so now 137lbs - total 5lbs lost since start.
Goal weight = 122 lbs but would be happy to loose tummy!!

I am drinking 8 glasses of water regularly. My daily foot prints is definitely hovering around 10K. I have a better method of tracking now, FitBit Charge HR and am feeling very confident.
Now to start on the next mini goal.

Haven't lost anything in Feb so far which isn't surprising due to a combination of
a) too much pain to gym
b) going to London for 4 days and thus no gym
c) eating at or just-above maintenance for those 4 days
So no huge shockers there. That said I did lose 1lb at some between Jan 29th and Feb 4th (I can't remember when, exactly, but I did log it on MFP) so my wee chart still shows a loss and I'm on track to hit my next mini-goal

Hey, everyone! From the last time I logged my weight on here on the discussion board (two weeks ago) until now, I've lost 4 pounds!
Start of challenge (again, started 2 weeks ago): 158.00 lbs
Now: 154.00 lbs
Total of 16lbs altogether, if going by the scales at the doctor (which, I think was wrong, but whatever). Not gonna lie, did a little happy dance when I saw the number.

Already lost 11 pounds! Sounds way better than 4kg
