I have managed to lose 8 pounds in 6 days. Tomorrow is the end of it. I hope I get off 1 more that would really make me happy. I am doing good. Enjoying losi g it!

    Today is end of week 1. I lost 8 pounds. I hoped for 1 more but it's ok. I didn't gain so I'm really happy. I know I can do it!
