    Thursday check in:
    Been sick with a stomach virus since Monday which is changing things up for me. :\ So my goals for the rest of the week are to make healthy food choices, stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.

    Mini Goals week 2/9 to 2/15:
    1.) Stay in green on calories - No
    2.) No fast foods - Had more FF yesterday :\
    3.) Get 6.5 or greater hours of sleep 5 days - 7 hrs!
    4.) Feb goal weight: >>>379 (start weight 388)

    Wed Check-in:
    1.) 1/7
    2.) 1/7
    3.) 2/5
    4.) 4/9

    Thursday, February 12/15 - Aqua fit class - Water Running- 30 minutes - 7:30pm - No exercise today as I had dental work today and didn't feel like doing any exercise...except for the dancing I did while doing housework

    Welcome Dysmart, this group is great if you check in regularly!!

    Susan, you are right about the back on track issue. I haven't logged this week at all. Aye. I'm sorry to hear about your bug too, that can throw you off track without the benefit of a restful vacation!! Hope you feel better soon! Ooh, and I am looking to book a good hike with my boyfriend this summer. Maybe I can ask you more about ideas later?

    Hearts- the Funk. We've all been there but you said it better than I could have cuz it's always a mystery why it comes. I remember a retreat I was on that articulated "we aren't human doings, we're human beings.". Helped to allow us not to measure our success by our productivity and rather focus on what we experience. Be open to these moments that will pass. Forces us to allow down too. You did great to state it and not retreat. Be good to yourself.

    Paulette - I too have been deviating from my plan. Of there even was one. You are amazing at this, analyse and pounce. Take it one step at a time, and let's get back on track together. What's your thinking for the evening time? Did you figure out something?

    So, my goodness I am off track!! But let me see what I can do now....

    The weekend provides me with time and it's 3 days long. Woot!! I'm going to catch up on my sleep, make some healthy meals that have veggies as a focus, and spend time at the gym. Also two tennis game are lined up. I also have a date with my sweetie after our game of tennis on Valentines. So maybe I'll get lucky too LOL

    2. Log every thing - did my best. We had sushi dinner so that can be tricky to log since one of rolls house specials so I did my best.
    3. Log as I go - another good day of log as I go.

    Friday, February 13/15 - Aqua fit class - 60 minutes - 9:00am - OOOOPS slept in & didn't make it to class... oh well will have to maybe do some more dancing or some Wii

    I'm looking forward to much better week for myself next thread but I feel good about what I did get done. :)
