Sunday fun day!!! Welcome to Week 2 :-)

RECAP:
Each week will run from Sundays to Saturday nights at midnight. For the last week, Week 4 results MUST be in by Saturday, February 28th at midnight.

The #BikeFebruary winner will be randomly chosen on March 1st. Check the rules and if you have any additional questions feel free to post them or message me directly :-)

FYI-
I keep a total tally of my miles on Instagram and post every time I workout. I post on MFP, too, but not as quickly and without the sweaty pics and creative hashtags ha!! Feel free to post on either social network (or both!!). The group interaction can be very motivating and helpful. Even if you find yourself not making as much progress as you'd like, we're all here to support you!
