*went on an adventure in the asian market, had some tasty pho for lunch, then we ordered a chicken meal for 2 (with desert) for dinner...overall not a great day diet wise but it was nice not having to cook and spending time with my SO.
**I know I will bloat and gain a little water weight...but nothing a little working out and lots of water can't fix0 -

I totally blew off my diet on Feb. 14. Not only is it Valentine's Day, but it's also DH's birthday. Our oldest and youngest daughters made him (and the rest of us) a special breakfast of eggs, bacon, and French toast. Then for dinner, we had make your own pizzas and chocolate birthday cake. :-)
Got back on track Sunday, though!0 -

I was invited to make pancakes with some friends after Zumba and had no idea exactly how much I was eating so took a break from logging on Saturday. Hopefully the exercise means it wasn't a complete disaster though!0 -

Feb 13: yes, yes, no -- finished a big work project and just felt exhausted and lazy, and the weather did not help (it was nice when going for a relaxing walk was easy, but no excuses!)
Feb 14: yes, yes, and yes--I was a workout queen!0
