Ok.... I had lost my ummph but I'm back now :-) I could give you guys a million different reason but truly they are just excuses but I'm back 'on the road' just rode 12.2 miles @ 21.3mph (average) in 33 minutes on my bike.

I hope you all have a great day!! Thank you Oddberry for starting this; I think it's what got me back on my bike today ;-) and will keep me on it
