Hi! I had my sleeve done 07/2013. I topped out around 313lbs and have been hovering around the 100lbs lost mark for a while now. I have gotten close to dipping below 200lbs, but I haven't quite made it yet. I am trying to get back on track with my diet and exercise. I am terrible at tracking things, but I am really going to try and at least track my exercise to start. I would love to get another 20lbs off by summer.

I'm close to 3 mos out so you have more experience than I have. I will say that tracking everything I eat makes me more accountable and keeps everything real. I would lose track of what I was eating or the number of calories I have eaten if I didn't track it. For me, tracking what I am eating is more important than tracking my exercise. Good Luck!
