Anyone elses button break on the charge

I bought my charge a few weeks ago (2-3) and the button that you press to get the display has broken. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what did you do? As know I cant see any of my stats unless I sync with the app and then I don't know if the app is correct cos I cant see it on my charge.

    Have you contacted FitBit? It sounds like a warranty issue.

    Emailed them last night. They wanted photos and shipping details so hopefully they will replace it. I wasn't sure whether to go through them or the store I purchased it at

    Got mine as a gift two days ago - The button fell off on the floor at the first touch, and I cant find it anywhere. Problem is that I am in India,it was bought in Chicago, and I have thrown the original packaging away...seems like this is a common problem.

    I contacted support. They wanted a photo of the damage and a receipt as well as a shipping address. They are sending me a new one. Maybe you should do the same. You do need the receipt though but not the packaging.
