February 11th goals

Hi! I hope everyone is doing fine! I think we may have found people to rent our apartment, so stress is going down a little. I had a crappy night of sleep and it was cold as hell this morning, but I make it to the gym anyway. I'm proud!
I reached my goals yesterday, and I'm seeing some move on the scale, so I'm happy and almost confident I will be able to reach my goal for this challenge. Yay!
Goals for today
1) Follow the eating plan, make sensible choice at lunch and find a good source of lean protein to add up to my dinner tonight.
2) Exercise: already done! Workout B from Stronglifts.
3) Hydration
4) I want to bake heart-shaped shortbread cookies for Friday at work, so I need to go grocery shopping before going home tonight.

Good job, and good news on the apartment!
Super stressful work day for me, and I didn't really get to eat anything normal, so I'm taking an exercise off day (normally it would have been tomorrow anyway, so will switch).
Will try to get back to goals tomorrow.0 -
