Want to sneak in a bit of exercise so you don't feel guilty about that box of chocolates or extravagant dessert? Join me for a pretty easy hike at Scott's Run Nature Preserve. Current weather forecast indicates high 30's to low 40's with a chance of light snow.

Where: 7400 Georgetown Pike, McLean, VA 22102

Difficulty: Easy with some moderate climbs and narrow sections
