D'you know I actually had this post written up yesterday and apparently didn't press the post button? The mind boggles.

WE'RE OVER HALFWAY Y'ALL

Total 240 mins (4 hours) from
  • 5 days with 45 minutes each (for 3hr 45)
  • The other 15 mins wherever

BONUS ROUNDS - EVERY DAY
  • 20 squats
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 pushups
  • 10 lunges (each side)
  • 10 crunches

From Thurs Feb 12th through Wed Fen 18th inclusive

12/2 - 110 min walk (6 miles), bonus stuff

    Feb 15: 45 min running, bonus, argh, still not feeling well
    Feb 16: virus gone, went to the gym - 55 min and lots of bonus ;) (actually, lexbubbles, your bonus stuff seems to work - I tended to use more weight today than usual, yeah!!!)

    Feb 17: argh, did a Cooper test for my Endomondo training plan and entertained Rosiante, our treadmill - total 47 min, plus bonus stuff
