Fit bit not displaying

So I have synced my fitbit to myfitness pal and I did see my steps on the app one day but now its disappeared what happeded?

    Sometimes MFP's servers get overloaded, so Fitbit adjustments get backlogged. If you click on an adjustment, you'll see what time it was calculated.

    I have to keep disconnecting Fitbit from MFP and then reconnect for it to show my exercise from Fitbit to MFP.

    I can't understand why it just stops. It's nothing to do with a backlog as I have days missing where it hasn't updated. Looking to see if there is a better app for logging food.

    Contact customer service at both MFP & Fitbit.
