Frustrated of needing some encouragement. I'm losing some weight but when I go to buy pants I have to buy the next size up! Has this happened to anyone else here?

    Hi Jennifer,

    You should not get demoralized by clothes sizes. In my experience they vary all the time from brand to brand, from store to store etc

    My clothes size can vary sometimes up to 3 sizes.

    You lost weight! Be happy about it ! Celebrate, be proud and keep the good work ! ;)

    If your interested in support and follow up, introduce yourself and your goals in the announcement thread and keep at it !

    Clothing sizes can be such a mind game. Very, very demoralizing at times. Since you have lost weight you are probably looking and feeling so much better buy what fits and looks great on you and then cut out the size tag! Don't let it define you! Remove it and forget it! And enjoy how you look!
