I will check in today - I off to sunny places to partake in a couple games of gulf. I was in for my annual check up yesterday. My doctor feels that I should lose 15 to 20 pounds so I fit into the right BMI.... she said I need to make 10000 steps or more a day.
So.... I am stuck on a plateau. No lose no gain!!0 -

Still not losing weight. This weather in MA has been awful! We are getting yet another blizzard tonight. I gave up drinking in early December and have been doing an hour of cardio most days. I just have to dig deeper! The 6' of snow we have had this month vanishing would help too!0

Forgot to weight in last week but I gained +0.4 pounds and was at 170. This week I lost -1.2 pounds and am down to 155.8 pounds, so I'm at exactly 11 pounds lost! Yay! More than half way there now!0

I lost 2 lbs this week. Finally, after a 3-week plateau. Very happy!!! I'm in Florida for the month and we're having lots of company so I've really been struggling to adapt - not that it's hard to adapt to this weather . It'll be a race to meet my target by Easter!!
Here are my stats:

Yes my kids have had 8 snow days and now school vacation! Around 30 days until spring! I live about 30 minutes south of Boston. The cabin fever is awful!0 -

Gained a pound. Honestly, I'm surprised it's only a pound! I have been HORRIBLE. Valentines Day/Anniversary... plus, when my hubby is home, I do worse (he has a weird schedule). I haven't exercised because of crappy shin splints. The excuses go on and on. This train totally derailed. Time to get my butt in gear! I'm obviously not going to make 20 pounds by Easter, but I shooting for at least 12! I can still do this!!0 -

Well ladies and gentleman, I am happy to say that after my few weeks of INCREASED weight today I am back to 175 land. What did I do differently? Absolutely NOTHING! I log my foods, try to eat my calorie goal with nutritious food choices, and am working on doing an activity everyday. My body is getting stronger and I am so happy about that! Here we go:

For everybody losing, way to go! Hats off to you this is hard work! For those at a stall....I feel your pain but this will work! Stick it out you can do this! For those with a gain...evaluate your log, look at your activity, make any necessary changes and move along. If the log and activity are fine and you are getting stronger and fitter, shake it off and hold your heads high! You may be like me and have some weight gain even though you are getting smaller and stronger!
Good job everyone, please don't give up you are all worth the effort! Happy Friday! I'm off to get my fitlinxx set up at the Y and get a workout plan! Feel free to friend me if you need support or encouragement, especially the stallers and gainers as that has been me since the start of the month
